Any new features or tools which are added to the current Services shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

All course fees are listed in GBP (£) and VAT is payable where applicable.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  1. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via ApplePay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit card.  When purchasing on behalf of a company, you must have the right to place orders on behalf of the business.

  1. Refunds & Consumer Rights

You have the right to cancel your course purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed the course materials.

If digital content is accessed or downloaded within the 14-day period, you waive your right to cancel.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content provided by us is the intellectual property of Impact Assessments Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK copyright laws.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any content without express, written permission by us.

  1. Courses and Certificates

You will have instant, lifetime access to your purchased course unless otherwise stated.

It is unacceptable for someone to carry out a course on behalf of another. You therefore agree to ensure your work is carried out by you and nobody else and that the correct name is placed on your account and certificate.

Certificates of completion will be issued where applicable, provided all required assessments are completed satisfactorily.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
  • Misuse or interfere with the platform’s functionality
  • Share or distribute course content without permission
  • Harass or abuse staff or other users

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

  1. Disclaimers

Our courses are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes such as employment or accreditation unless explicitly stated.

Courses are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. At times you may not be able to access your course due to unforeseen circumstances or website maintenance. You agree that this does not affect your other rights as outlined in this document.

Although we strive to ensure our courses are fully up-to-date and error free, there may be some inaccuracies contained within materials. Any errors that may be present to do not affect any terms set out in this agreement.
