The people behind Impact have managed a number of RFC settings for over 10 years and in that time have become disillusioned with the lack of RFC specific training for their staff. By launching Impact Assessments and training that complements and supports the development and confidence of Residential Family staff, they hope that the experiences and outcomes for parents who are supported in these settings will be improved.
